Eddy previously worked for top fortune 100 companies including United Parcel Service (UPS) and Johnson Controls for over 22 years and gained over 16 years of experience in the arenas of facilities management and workplace safety. He holds an engineering degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, Miami, FL (1993). He has held such titles as a Facilities/Plant Manager, District Environmental Compliance Director, Safety Compliance Director, Regional Facilities Director and Americas Health & Safety Program Manager. During that time he gained strong management and engineering skills, as well as extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, housekeeping, construction, project management, maintenance, and safety & environmental regulatory compliance. Through these various years of experience in a high volume and productive orientated operational environments, he has used his enhanced management and people relationship skills to help build a well-balanced and high quality foundation and support system for his customers.
He holds several certifications including: Management Leadership Program, Maintenance Management Trainer, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Environmental Compliance Regulator, 24 hr trained HazMat 1stresponder, OSHA (10-30hr certified trainer) in General Industry and Construction, and Safety 101 certification, IFMA SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Emergency Management and approved trainer.
